This is an agreement between you and Maxgraphic, a
Washington State company. It may be terminated at any time
without notice. In the event of termination, any unpaid
commissions over $1.00 will be mailed to you, minus any
unpaid promotional or bonus commissions.
You will receive in e-mail a personalized link which you
will use to direct visitors to Design your own card.com.
When a visitor follows your link and makes a purchase, your
affiliate account with us will be credited a percentage of
the sale (less shipping, handling, and taxes). The referral
fee is currently 15% for business cards, and 10% for
letterhead, envelopes, and rubber stamps. When your
affiliate account balance reaches $25, we will mail you a
check for the current amount. If the sale is unrecoverable
(for example, if the customer disputes the charge), your
affiliate account will be debited the commission.
Commissions are paid only on full-price, first-time purchases.
If the customer enters a discount code or is otherwise eligible
for a discount (for example, they qualify for our 20% courtesy
rerun discount), no commission is paid for that sale.
We will make every effort to associate customers who enter
via your link with your affiliate account. However, in some
instances that association is lost; we are not responsible
for such lost commissions.
You may not use your affiliate link to purchase products for
your own use or for resale.
We are required to collect tax information from affiliates
who are US citizens, US residents, or US corporations. If
you are not a US citizen or resident, but your business is
taxable in the US, we require a completed US Treasury Form
W-8ECI. We cannot make affiliate payments without this
information.
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or
consequential damages, including the loss of revenue,
profits, or data, as a result of your participation in our
affiliate program. Our liability in any case will not exceed
the total commissions paid or payable to you under this
agreement.
